Shipping & Refund Policy

1. Provenance
Every letter is posted from an Irish post office and bears a genuine Irish postmark.

2. No-Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and physical nature of the letters, we do not offer refunds once a letter has been shipped. 

3. Lost Mail
We ship the second and fourth weeks of the month. If you have not received your letter within 15 days of its shipping date, please reach out to us. We will evaluate missing mail claims on a case-by-case basis.

4. Address Changes
You must notify us of any address changes at least 5 business days before our shipping weeks. We are not liable for letters sent to a previously provided address if not updated in time.
